The top 600 million

According to Steelers' coach Dick LeBeau, 600 million humans have the unique blend of size and speed typified by the modern NFL safety:

To do all that, elite safeties must have the size and strength to tackle like a linebacker and the speed to cover like a corner. Sanders runs the 40-yard dash in 4.4 seconds, and Polamalu has been clocked in 4.3 seconds. Safeties typically weigh about 200 pounds. “That’s a tough combination,” said the Steelers’ defensive coordinator, Dick LeBeau. “You’re up in the 10th percentile of people who inhabit this planet.”
